‘Faces and Food’ is an established business with a vision to produce high quality books that showcase the food, wine and faces of South Australia – region by region.
The purpose of ‘Faces and Food’ is to support local businesses, drive tourism and promote regional products through the stories of the region’s farmers, fisherman, producers and chefs, expertly showcased alongside their signature recipes and tips, in the format of a coffee-table cookbook.
The concept of ‘Faces and Food’ was born in 2013 when founder Rojina McDonald returned home to South Australia, after a stint in London at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school, with the belief that this unique, bountiful region deserved to be recognised for the richness of its land, sea, people and produce.
‘Faces and Food’ is a proudly Australia owned company and all our books are printed here in Australia.
